Saggy, deflated boobs after breastfeeding/pumping... Is this the new normal?

Being a little self conscious here... Ugh. What happened and will my normal boobs ever return?

I had one go back to normal. The other decided to live it's own life.

No, sorry they don’t tend to go back to normal. Even if you don’t pump or breastfeed pregnancy alone changes the density of breast tissue and enlarge (and deflate) them so your breasts can sag anyway.

Im gonna get a boob lift eventually. One of my boobs looks like she's just given up on life after breastfeeding. The poor girl haha. Our bodies don't stay perky forever.

When my first my partner said mine looked great breastfeeding, but started looking like sad pancakes when I weaned, but after a year they started to look "normal" again.

Truly varies woman to woman. I nursed my twins for 3 years and they went completely back to normal after they weaned.

I breast fed for 10 month and pumped for another 3, my boobs have been destroyed. One is a little saggy and the other a little floppy. That being said, I don’t regret it for a minute. The bond I was able to form with my son (and the money I saved on formula) was incredible. I will do it all over again for the little one I’m currently pregnant with. Maybe someday I’ll save up for a boob job, but until then I’m head of the itty bitty saggy tittle committee.

Mine got a bit better but never back to their old self til I got pregnant again. I assume after your last pregnancy though they’re forever changed 😔

I was a 32 DD before pregnancy and breastfeeding. I’m not sure exactly how much bigger they got but they’re down one cup ruse and my son is 2. I stopped bf at 10 months or so. They’re definitely still softer and not as perky. I’m sure thus is how they will be but luckily my husband still loves them and understands why they have changed.
