Thumping/pulsing in lower abdomen?
I just wanted to know if anyone else has felt a pulsing feeling in their lower abdomen, but not related to being gassy.
To add more context: I haven’t been gassy at all lately and my period is close to 3 weeks late. I haven’t been able to get my hands on a test yet because of harsh weather conditions. I also didn’t even notice I was late up until a few days ago
