constipation???please help

i didn’t ‘go’ for two days, and when i went yesterday it was only a little. same happened today: i passed gas and all but when i used the bathroom, i only managed a little. i’m sick at the minute so not eating much, but i’m still having my 5 a day? should i make an appointment?

An apple usually always helps if I'm constipated, prune juice but make sure to not have too much at a time. If you can try to stomach a piece of toast made with whole grain bread.

You may be constipated because you aren't eating much, that will actually slow your digestion down a lot.
Definitely drink water or broth a lot & try to eat some fiber rich foods if you feel well enough. 
I think it'll get sorted out, though, if it's just due to eating less.

Try eating fiber bars or using a suppository, if you go to the doctor they might tell you the same thing so I would that first and if it doesn’t get better then talk to your doctor
