Anybody exercising through pregnancy ?

I may get some hate for this 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’m a competitive powerlifter and I just went to my first national comp last month. I’m now 5w5d pregnant and was a bit conflicted at first on whether to continue training especially since I was planning to do another meet with my hubby in February. I’ve still been lifting moderately heavy taking it day by day since I don’t always feel that energized and sometimes have nausea throughout the day. Anyway, just wanted to see if there are any other ladies on here who do CrossFit, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, any strength or endurance training, or just any exercising at all through pregnancy. I want your experiences and thoughts and any tips on getting through training sessions while pregnant!
