HELP!! Baby fell off bed

About an hour ago my baby rolled off my husband and I’s bed. It’s maybe 2 feet or less off the ground and he fell on carpet on his back. Cried for a bit and then calmed down and seemed fine. He was already sleepy before he fell, but we waited an hour before we put him to sleep (wanted to nurse and always falls asleep nursing, if sleepy)

I feel awful. My baby threw up on the bed (before the fall) and we were in a frenzy to take the sheets off before it soaked into the mattress pad :’( I turned my back for just a second and he had rolled off. I thought I put him in a spot that he couldnt roll off, but I was wrong. I’m so upset and I am the worst mother in the world. ☹️😔😢

I am holding him in my arms now as he sleeps. Has this ever happened to anyone? What should I do??? My mother seems to think he is fine. There’s no bruising or swelling. He seems totally fine but I still think I would either like to go to the hospital or wait in the morning to go to the pediatrician.
