Leg cramps??

Almost 30 wks and every night my legs hurt so bad and I just can’t get comfortable. Is leg cramps normal?

Normal.  One of the joys of pregnancy.  Try drinking more water.  I hear eating a banana can help?  Also try stretching calves/hamstrings before bed.

Potassium... drink some gatorade. Need to maintain a good Na/Cl and K for all the ion transport channels.

When they happen, stretch your toes towards your head. It’ll make them feel better. And it’s a lot less painful than stretching towards against you.
