Hand/arm numb and asleep
I wake up up at least every couple hours because of the pain in my right hand. I'm still working and I'm exhausted and tired at work all day (and it's not a sitting job). Do any of you experience this or found a solution? In losing my mind due to lack of sleep and the chronic pain. It never stops and only gets worse when I make a pathetic attempt to sleep.
