Smelly Vagina

Is it normal to have be smelly down there when wearing leggings?

I recently got some Fabletics Powerhold leggings and I prefer not to wear underwear with leggings and I feel like I'm constantly catching a whiff of stinky vagina and I'm discharging alot more lately. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
