7 month old vomiting

My poor baby girl has been vomiting all morning since 4am. She’s never ever had a cold let alone a stomach virus. For those of you who had a little one like her vomiting, how long did it last? I called her pedi and they pretty much said keep an eye on her and keep her hydrated. Just wondering how long this will last. Thanks.
