Is this normal??? Update

This is a picture of my 11 month olds 6th diaper like this since he woke u this morning at 8:30 am it’s now 7 pm (he’s a year old on Saturday but ya know Saturday ain’t here yet so I’m not letting him be a year old already). What do I do??

His doctors are testing his poop. He’s had a viral infection for like a month and he had E. coli in his poop a month ago and they said that it should have run it’s course by now so they are doing tests to see what they should do now. They have temporarily changed his diet to bland starches and no juice or milk or anything acidic.
