Possible preterm labor?

I am almost 25 weeks pregnant and have been having period like cramping since this morning. I haven’t had uterine tightening or anything but the period like cramping is dull and achy. I have had more intense back pain than I usually have and have been having multiple large vowel movements since yesterday. (Not normal for me during pregnancy). I’m just trying to determine if I should be seen. No bleeding or watery discharge. Lots of thicker discharge but tested negative for yeast infection. I have been drinking plenty of fluids. Any thoughts?
