Has anyone tried the 4-and-4 take of birth control after your contact? Its like an alternative for the morning-after pill. Some call it Plan B and the Yuzpe Method.

I did this method last last sunday (Nov 17) and it did give me effects like dizziness nausea etc. But just today, i started to bleed.

Im quite panicking idk if thisll continue and be my next cycle cause maybe the method f**ked up my hormones or worse, spotting

Some say they bled days after they did the method, but it has been exactly 10 days and i suddenly bled.
