Anyone know any cures for headaches?

My head is absolutely killing me its got to the point where I think I’m gonna be sick. Someone helpppppp!

Chronic headache and migraine suffer here 👋🏾 here’s a few things you can try. If you already know you have adverse reactions to some of these, obviously don’t do them: 
-Cold compress
-Chamomile tea (if you’re nauseous as well add   some mint)
-Caffeine and chocolate (normally these give me headaches but if I have a headache the pendulum swings the other way and it helps me feel better 🤷🏾‍♀️) 
-Electrolytes (everyone says drink water but you might be out of balance as well as dehydrated) 
-massage your temples and back of your neck right at the base of your skull (also STRETCH). These are great if it’s a tension headache. Make sure your jaw isn’t locked and that you’re not holding on to stress from the day in your muscles
