Hello all! This is my 3 or 4 cycle using a cup. What I’ve learned, not all cups are created equal, it sometimes takes many cups to find the right one & sometimes you may have to use two different style of cups during the same period. Hence this cycle, I’m on day 2 and my cervix is low and swollen and I had to switch to my short/wide cup.
Thank goodness for cups though! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
