Lupus fatigue
Does anyone know how to manage their fatigue and can give me some tips? The fatigue has gotten to the point where i can barely get to class. I wake up in the mornings and I physically can’t get out of bed, no matter what time I go to bed. My SLE is pretty much under control, it’s just the fatigue mainly fucking me up.
