I can't get any let down! Help me!
I haven't been able to get hardly anything out of my left breast for the last 12 hours and I am in pain.
I've massaged, tried heat, it seems like it could be a nipple issue like my nipples are sealing up, my right side is trying to lock up now too and I'm about to panic.
It's not a pump issue, it's definitely me. Someone please help...
