Is it normal to feel deflated when your period starts when you are TTC?

I don't know why I feel deflated but we have been trying now for a few months. I had the IUD. Removed and we are trying but nothing so far. I need some positive vibes to help me get out of this!!

Yes, every passing month it gets harder to not be devastated by AF. Every month though, I treat myself to something I couldn’t have/do if I were pregnant and then I try to get optimistic again by the time my fertile window comes.

I’m usually upset the first day and spend the day being hard on myself and hating my body 
And then get excited for my period to end and my fertile window to begin again 
Every month that goes by opens up the possibility of the next month being the one that I get pregnant 
It’s been over 2 years for me and 2 losses but I still try to remain hopeful each month!

Of course it’s normal. This is a hard journey and it’s totally ok to feel disappointed at times.
