Hope someone can help me!

I have been in contact with doctors too, so do not worry. I am just trying to find peace of mind and see if anyone had similar symptoms. I usually get sore breasts and underarm area during pms. My lymph nodes in general are sensitive to deodorants and antiperspirants, as well as pms. Usually the symptoms go away right when my period starts. However, this time my lymph nodes continue to hurt. I do not have any lumps just the overall burning and sore sensation (like let’s say 5/10 annoying). My period ended two days ago and it is still the same. My doctor told me to wait a week and see if it gets better. But I just wonder if anyone ever experienced this and know what it might be! It’s just causing me way too much anxiety. Thanks!
