Can a UTI go away on it's own?

I've had cranberry juice, been drinking lots of water.
Three days ago I had the typical symptoms...peeing lots, pain at the end of the pee, and the urge to pee all the time with very light spotting when I wiped. Note! Edit! As soon as I felt a weird pee sensation I immediately started flushing out my body as best as I could. Almost to "make" myself pee trying to flush out all the crap. I didnt wait for the symptoms to get bad. 
I was not able to get to a clinic because of work being crazy busy.
And now 3 days later, I'm peeing and there is no pain. No urge to pee all the time. Nothing. Can a uti go away on it's own??

No it's a inflection and needs antibiotics, all those things you mentioned will just mask the symptoms

I can clear them if I catch it early and flush through with lots of fluid.

If it hasn't turned into full blown infection yet then yes. Grab Cystex, D-Mannose , Vaginal Health Probiotics from the store & Emergen-C packets to get your immune system up to help fight bacteria/infection. Parsley Juice also helps. Take all this with TONS of water like you have been. Take at least six 500mg D-Mannose a day and follow Cystex instructions. If it doesn't get better in a couple days then unfortunately you do need antibiotics. - I've had frequent UTIs my whole life and this regimen has been a life changer. I haven't had one in almost 1 year which is unheard of for me. I don't take the Cystex unless I feel onset symptoms already. Just usually D-Mannose, Vitamin C, & Probiotics Daily for preventative. But since you have onset symptoms already the Cystex will help. Good Luck!

Idk but Ive been experiencing this since September! The first time the dr called in antibiotics for me and I took them. Two weeks later the same thing.. went to the dr and he gave me another dose of a different kind of antibiotic. A week and a half after I felt it again and called the office. They said I didnt have an infection but yet every two weeks I kept feeling the pain. I thought I would just constantly drink water and cranberry juice to clear it out but I kept feeling it every few weeks. I finally felt it again last week Tuesday. I went in on Friday and am on yet another round of antibiotics.. she said this one clears most of them. Not all antibiotics work for all infections.. sooo yea... dont wait.. just go and get it cleared because it may just keep coming back.
