Spectra S1 Settings
I have a Spectra S1 pump, and I'm using the recommended settings.
But these aren't working for me. The 70 cycle is working fine, I'm getting maybe 15ml just from that but as soon as I switch to 54 cycle I quit producing as much. My milk did just come in yesterday, and I'm feeling so uncomfortable. Has anyone tried any other settings that may work for me?
