Supply suddenly tanked!?!
I’m at a loss! It seems as though my milk supply has tanked overnight. I EBF and randomly pump when I need a bottle to travel with. Last week when pumping I would get around 4 ounces each side after 20 minutes of pumping. Today my breasts felt so small and empty and my son wasn’t nursing as long as usual. I decided to pump and barely got one ounce combined!!! ☹️ what can I do to get my supply back up? I’m worried baby isn’t getting enough now!
