Do these results mean I have preeclampsia

My doctor says they will call with the results and never do so when I’m reading them online I don’t understand. My blood pressure was high at my appointment today so they ordered labs. These are two of the results. Does this mean I have preeclampsia? I feel like the doctors take me as a joke because I am 19. I asked when it would be ok to trying and help myself diliate/ soften my cervix because I have pain in my back but where my ribs are on my back. And then rib pain in general because she is literally up so high it hurts to even drive to my appointments. He told me to “suck it up” and that I don’t know pain yet....
