Period & Milk Supply

So I just got my first period on Sunday @ a little over 14 weeks PP. Any moms notice their baby struggling with nursing when their period starts back up? I really feel like I’m suddenly not producing as much and my baby has been in a terrible mood/crying a lot when I’m trying to nurse her. My guess is from not getting as much milk?

I’m not sure but I’m worried. Has anyone experienced this or similar ?
