Have I ovulated yet

Hi all my sticks are still negative. Same thing happened last month and af still showed up. By my bbt do you think maybe my opks are just not picking it up even though I take 1 3 times a day. Oh yes and if I did ovulate can you please tell me which day so I can knoe what dpo I should follow
