My little one is 13 months and over 2 weeks she had a cold, high temperature and thrush in the mouth she has been so unwell.

She wouldn't eat, sleep and just cry alday and alnight but finally she is showing signs of improving. Her medicine is finally helping her.

When she was ill and it was bedtime she would fall asleep fine but 20 minutes wake up crying and she done this for days so to help her i let her sleep on me or in our bed as i needed sleep too.

Now she is better she wakes up and got her hands out ready to be put in our bed and if i ignore her she just cry and cry, i just want her to sleep in her cot like to use too. I don't know how to do it, i don't want to upset her but i need my bed back I'm so tired altime.

Any tips to help me out.
