Teas safe during pregnancy?

Are teas safe during pregnancy? I’m looking to switch from coffee every morning to a non/low caffeine herbal tea instead.

I bought raspberry leaf because it’s definitely pregnancy safe and it tones your uterus. Never too early to think about labor🤷🏻‍♀️

I was told basically all herbal tea that you can buy at the store is safe as long as it has been processed. I don’t remember the exact reasoning, but I’ve been drinking chamomile and mint tea for the last 3 months and haven’t had any issues

Rasberry leaf is important to strengthen your uterus..dandelion tea helps w iron n nettles is good too ( I forget why bc I dodnt take it but a freind who delivered at home was advised as she wasnt taking any prenatal bc she didnt believe they did any good ( there was a recent study done that walmart n grocery store vitamins didnt contain what they said they did .Good luck to you ❤

Depends on the tea. There are some ingredients like Licorice and star anise that should be avoided (among others) but I think plain black tea or green tea is okay.
