Pregnancy positive a week after sex?

Question

I had a dating scan four or so weeks ago that said I was 5+3.
I have been tracking when we have sex though while TTC and this means I got a positive pregnancy test one week after conceiving. 
Is this even possible? Or would I be further a long?

Yes, I started my OPK’s from CD11 and got negatives every time. Still got positive pregnancy tests and am currently almost 11 weeks pregnant. Dr said it was definitely possible that I ovulated early and not mid cycle!

Its possible. I got a positive at what I believe was 7dpo. 8dpo at the most
