Flu or morning sickness?

Any tips on how to tell the difference between the flu and morning sickness? I have a horrible migraine which isn’t uncommon for me but I’m also vomiting which hasn’t happened to me yet this pregnancy. I’m 9 weeks today.

I had the stomach bug, and it was an easy difference. With my morning sickness I was so nauseas, but my belly never hurt. When I had the stomach bug, I was crying/screaming in pain from the cramps and how bad it hurt, with constant diarrhea, vomiting, headache and my stomach was making awful noises

Fever is going to be the biggest difference.

Well the flu is respiratory. If you mean a stomach bug I dont really know how you'd tell except for time.
