What milk did y’all start off yalls 1yr old?

I’m about to switch him to milk but I don’t know if I should switch him to regular whole milk or organic which one should I choose and which one is best?

Babies NEED the healthy fats that whole milk provides for proper brain development. If you use a milk with lower fat content like 2%, almond, soy, 1%, etc. make sure that you are supplementing with olive oil, full fat yogurt, avocados (or something else with high fats) daily.
