Growth spurt?

Question

The last 3 ish days my girl has been off her normal sleep pattern during the day and seems to be eating/drinking more. 
Anyone else? 
I kinda thinks it’s a 6 month growth spurt

Same with my daughter. She was on a sleeping schedule,  had 4-5, 30 mins naps a day. Now she will only take 2 naps a day which isn’t normal and there about 15 mins long. She pitches a fit and fights it for at least 30-45 mins before giving up. I thought it was also a growth spurt!
