Tmi!!! Need to know what this is

So I recently took about 8 pregnancy test and 4 of them came up with a faint positive line. Of course I went to the doctor to get a medical confirmation and nothing showed. But the trick is, the morning I was to supposed to go to doctors I started having light pinkish, reddish, and a little bit of brown discharge. I didn’t think anything of it because I just assumed it was my period but it’s carried on to the next day and I need more than just the Internet research I’ve been doing it. Can someone please give me an idea as to what it is ?
