Got the go ahead for vbac - advice needed
Okay so my first ended in an emergency csection because the baby wouldn’t descend... i got the a 10 and pushed for 2 hours with zero progress...
So my question is - how can i prepare myself and body for a vbac. I want to do everything in my power to make it happen.
Currently 8 weeks - so i have to prepare.
