What do you think the spotting is from?

I got a pos/almost pos OPK yesterday

We BDed last night and it kinda hurt, we used the soft cup method because of reasons that involve him not being able to ejaculate inside me

When I was trying to pull the cup out this morning I accidentally punched myself with my fingernail

I checked my cervix and there was a lot of ewcm streaked with a little blood

But as I’m ovulating I’m wondering if it may have been from that? We didn’t see or smell any blood last night while doing the deed and it was hurting mainly on the little flap of skin that tears when you have a baby, so I really don’t think it was from that as it was actually inside/above the cup and came out on my fingers after checking my cervix, which makes me think that it also wasn’t from my nail and actually ovulation spotting

On top of that I’m also cramping on and off on the right side where my ovary should be

So what does everyone think it was from?
