Positive ovulation test before period?

So I definitely got a positive OPK test when I ovulated a week or more ago. I'm supposed to get my period in 4 days and I got another strong positive OPK. What does that mean? Could I be pregnant? Obviously it's Thanksgiving so I need to what to get a real pregnancy test... Thoughts?

Some people get LH surges before their period. But HCG can also make an LH test positive if there’s enough built up. It could go either way. Good luck!

No you ovulate mid cycle. Unless your periods are irregular
