Anyone have the same outcome.. what’s next?

So I’ve gotten bloodwork & HSG done. My
Husband had a sperm analysis. Everything came back normal besides my thyroid was a 4.0. I was put on thyroid medicine and just got my results again today and my thyroid is now in range with this dosage. Where to go from here? We have our next fertility appointment on Monday, just wondering what to expect next?

Get your thyroid checked every three or four months, until it doesn’t fluctuate and you’re taking a correct dosage of medication. 
My story with thyroid: 
After my 2nd miscarriage my TSH was 3.05. I was put on 25 mg of levothyroxine, in three months it was 2.5 but I anyway had a chemical pregnancy. After several months of unsuccessful ttc we turned to a reproductive endocrinologist. Been through 5 cycles of Letrozole/Clomid/ Timed intercourse/IUI. No pregnancy. Got my thyroid checked a month ago - it was at 3.57! And I’d been on levothyroxine all the time. 
My doc upped my dosage to 50 mg, and I’m gonna get it checked in 2 weeks again. 
Also, when you do get pregnant, have your thyroid checked right away since hypothyroidism gets worse with pregnancy.

I had a thyroid that was around 3.8, they wanted to see it closer to 2.5 range. On medication. I’m they did test me 4 week later to make sure I was where I should be at. I have another test dec 2nd to make sure medication is still good. Sounds like you’ll move to a treatment month next.

I’d check your thyroid again in 4-6 weeks to see where it is. If it’s fluctuating that much, either one of the tests was inaccurate or you have a thyroid issue that needs addressed or at least monitored.

I’m in a similar boat. We did all of those tests and everything was normal except my TSH was only slightly out of range at 2.76 where my doctor said under 2.5 is best for ttc. I’m on a low dose of thyroid medication. My doctor said our next step is IUI. We were waiting through the end of the year in hopes the thyroid medicine might help enough to get pregnant. I assume it won’t work out though and we’ll do our first IUI in January.

Have they tested for thyroid antibodies? Possible hashimoto if its fluctuating but also your TSH can naturally fluctuate depending if your on your period or not.  What did they consider in range?  My TSH fluctuate s from 2.2 to 2.66.
