Maybe trim a bit, if for your own peace of mind. But I promise you—I swear—NOBODY will mind if you’re hairy as heck. And you won’t care in the moment, either, because you’ll be like get this baby outta me! 🤣

I’ll be honest .. I always have only for the simple fact that everything is super swollen afterwards and shaving Isn’t an option for a while . BUT I will say it is the last thing on your mind during the process . So either way momma you will be fine :)

I waxed about a week before and it was so worth it, I had a bad tear and it made keeping everything clean so much easier!

Trimming is the best option. 
You don’t want to have it so long you get fluids and what not in it and that you’ll want to avoid shaving after. 
Being shaven or waxed before can be very irritating to the skin and be itching during healing.

I probably wouldn’t at least, freshly shave, you don’t want any abrasions on the skin that could lead to infection. A trim
will likely be the safest option.

This is my third and I don’t think anyone cares besides you. Like the nurses and doctors have seen it all. So if it makes you more comfortable do it. I plan on shaving but if it’s been a day or two and I go into labor I’m not going to stress about it.

I always sugar/wax/shave everything anyway, so yes I’ll be shaved completely, and from everything I’ve been reading it will make everything much cleaner feeling and easier to clean up too.
