Right now I'm taking the following
Iron
Vitamin b12
Vitamin D3
Vitamin C
Omega 3s
Green tea
Can all this aid in my weight loss?(CW:175lbs GW:145lbs)
(Aiming for also 1200 or less calories a day some days I slip up and eat 2000 max)
I don't exercise at all either fyi
