I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my second baby

My family doesn’t know. I don’t plan on telling them for awhile. (I just want to make sure everything is okay first). Well I haven’t been able to keep anything down. I feel so sick all day long. Tomorrow is thanksgiving and I have 2 dinners to go to. I have no idea what I’m going to do 😭😅 food disgusts me at the moment...
