Easiest one is a bowl of oatmeal. Oats, water, microwave 😂 get flavored or plain and add your own flavors.

I made this with coconut water and a banana (in place of sweetener). It was pretty good! Oatmeal and coconut water are supposed to boost supply.

If you can order from milky mama! It took 3 days to come and the cookies are sooooo good it definitely increased my supply. They have drinks and brownies as well. It’s pretty cheap.
