Ive been having pain on my left side of my abdomen for a while now it’s just cramps on one side and that’s it. I’ve googled it and it could be an ovarian cyst but I’m not sure I don’t think it’s an std just bc sex isn’t painful , and I don’t really have any other symptoms besides the cramps on my lower left side of abdomen. Made an appointment with my gyno but still could use some help? Also have bloating
