Black cohosh
I started spotting today so I decided to start taking this. First time having my period in 3 months. (I’m also on other vitamins, I started them about a month ago). I took 2 tablets of the black cohosh today. From what I understand, I’m suppose to take these for 10 days, starting the day of my period. Anyone have any experience with this stuff?
