Check your cervical mucus EVERDAY 2 TIMES A DAY. I the morning and night.... I personally inserted my middle finger into my vagina daily. I was looking for ANY MUCAS THAT WAS STRETCHY AT ALL!!! Once you know that you should have sex 5 days before 3 days before the day of peak LH and the two days after peak!
