Hosting my first Thanksgiving

I notoriously stress out when I have to cook a huge meal. I have poor clock management (like Andy Reid). I tend to get overwhelmed and snappy. Ha. My husband has been checking in with me all week, because I am pretty sure he expects a meltdown. 😂

Any tips on hosting your first Thanksgiving? Listen, it’s small. It’s literally me, my husband, our daughter, and my mom. The menu could feed an army though. I am really worried about getting all the food done and the right time and serving everything warm.

I have researched turkey baking all week. I feel prepared. However, I rarely see people succeed with turkey, so I am a bit nervous. Also, I was a vegetarian for 16 years up until last year. 😂 I have a 12lb turkey, and am thinking it will take 3 hours to cook, but everyone says that is wrong. 🤦‍♀️

Give me all your tips and good vibes. 😂
