This holiday is HARD
Trying to be thankful which is proving to be challenging given the events of my week.
One piece of advice: stay off social media today if you know it’s going to be a trigger for you. I know my news feed was full of pregnancy announcements in the short 10 minutes I was on there.
Be kind to yourself and know that you are loved and supported by this wonderful virtual community 💗💗💗
