Can i be pregnant?

Am 10DPO feeling severe backache and joints pain and feeling gassy,bloated sice 3 days..TTC since 4 yrs😣😣😣😣  can i be pregnant????is this a god sign?

There is no way anyone can answer this. Pains and aches are both related to period (pms) and pregnancy.
You can have al the pains aches and bloating and sore boobs and abs and, and not be pregnant and you can have absolutely no symptoms at all and be pregnant. There’s no way to tell until you test. At 10 dpo you are still too early to test and get a positive even if you are pregnant. I personally would wait to see if you miss your period. If you do, take a test.
