Is it normal to have blood in urine when peeing on your period?

Like if you was to look in the toilet bowl after peeing on your period, is it normal to see red pee?

Your urine isn’t actually bloody. Bloody urine can be a sign of an infection. Your just  dripping period blood when you pee which is turning the water pink.

It's not 'red pee' because they don't come from the same place, but if you're on the toilet, you may bleed at the same time as you are peeing and they end up in the bowl at the same time. Perfectly normal.

Blood in your urine is not normal.  Menstrual blood in the toilet when you pee is completely normal.  It shouldn’t be too difficult to figure out which is happening.  Are you free bleeding when you sit on the toilet to pee (because you wear a pad or are changing your tampon or cup)?  Or is you menstrual blood not flowing out because you are wearing a tampon or cup?

I’ve peed straight blood before and absolutely nothing was wrong. I clicked no before reading the description under it. It really just depends. Like I said, I’ve peed straight blood before and I thought it was weird as well, but nothing was wrong. I’ve also peed blood before and had a kidney stone and in that concept blood in ur urine is not normal.
