where’s my period😫😫

so recently i had been on holiday and taken norethisterone tablets to delay my period. when i stopped taking them my period came back a few days later but was heavy but irregular. now i am 2 days late on my period and i was wondering if anybody knew or had experienced the same thing? does the norethisterone mess up my future periods for abit too?
