Period is not right

I started my period one day earlier than usual. It was light through out and couldn’t acc tell when it stopped due to sometimes there being a tiny bit of blood or a lil bit more. Not enough to fill a tampon up completely. Now do I think I’m off but I have the most immense cramps. Bare in mind my periods are regular. Never had cramps after a period
