TTC fertile week wine?

Can I have a small glass of wine while TTC? I’m in my fertile window and everything says something different 🤦🏽‍♀️

Hi. OBGYN nurse here. 
You can drink normally ( socially ) while ttc. It won’t harm your chances. The problem I always with the abuse of.... well, pretty much anything. 
You can indulge a glass of wine with dinner here and there. 
And when you find out you’re pregnant, don’t freak out. The embryo is nurtured by the yolk sac and doesn’t share the blood with the mother until weeks later.

Honestly it’s fine. I probably wouldn’t go binge drinking but one or two really isn’t going to affect anything. You might be TTC for a year, you still have to live some sort of regular life 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think it's ok personally. I would stop a few days after ovulation until I confirmed pregnancy or not.
