Hi all! Sorry for the tmi photos but I didn't know how to explain.

I've had these marks on my thigh and buttock for quite a long time now, they aren't itchy, occasionally I scratch them and like a scab comes off and they might bleed a little bit, but otherwise they don't give me any issues.

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what they are, how to get rid of them and if I should go and get them checked - just in case my panicking about skin cancer is justified!
